I've been doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred for 2 weeks and decided this week I would move up to Level 2. I'm having difficulty with all the plank position exercises (and there are a lot of them!) It's my wrists that keep giving out - my abs and legs and shoulders are okay, but my wrists are burning! Does anyone have any suggestions to help with this? Are there any good modifications I could do to avoid the wrist pain?
