Student Loan Clause in Health Reform?

I read that student loans are addressed in the health reform bill. I think it is after 10 years your debt will be forgiven or something? What is it exactly? Also, it is only to new loans But there is supposed to be something for existing loans but I don't know what it is. Does anyone have any info on this? Thanks!
