Interesting. The "testifying" shot seemed fake to me -- baby's head was at her armpit, not her breast. And I think they even could have faked the milk squirting into the pump bottle, too. I'm not positive either way -- just skeptical.

I liked that they showed "unflattering" photos of lactating women and breasts, with belly rolls and blemishes. I also liked that they had a splash on the bottom of the screen "make a photo of your overfed child latched onto your chafed nipple your holiday card!" I felt that both of those things highlighted how ludicrous the anti-NIP movement is. Most people are offended by NIP because of the sexual nature of breasts, and the photos and that suggestion, as well as the woman pumping on the set, were as un-sexual as it gets.
And I think it was real. It would have been cheaper to avoid the shot of her milk going into the bottle than to fake it, even if they paid another actress to pump and inserted the shot. They could have made the point without that close-up. I thought it was cool.
