What type of support belt?

I'm preggo w/ twins, and Baby A is still BREECH! (I have to have a c/s if Baby A is breech.) My doula recommended a support belt to help lift Baby A up, since his butt is deep in my pelvis (confirmed by u/s). But what type do I get for this. Is this a good type?

Are some for back support and others for lifting the belly? I mainly want to lift the baby up. Thanks for your advice!

Well, I'm not expecting twins, but I just bought an adjustable Prenatal Cradle. It's fabulous! I wore it at work on my feet all day today and felt so much better. I'm having problems with pelvic pressure/pain. I think the physics of the shoulder straps is that more fully LIFTS the belly up, but I could be wrong. I just know it makes me feel better!
