selling foreskin?

So, I was making the anti-circumcision argument again in a group conversation about medical ethics. Now, none of this is personal, our intact son is a teen already... but my hubby challenged me to find real info about foreskins being sold. I can't find anything current. Please help. Thanks.

I just googled "foreskin cosmetics" & got a lot of hits. Here's one. That's where they sell it - to cosmetics that are the "new botox". I first heard about it just a couple weeks ago. :Puke Even Oprah uses it.
I also found something about skin grafting.

Foreskin cells are used for skin grafts on burn victims since they have stem cells. I'm sure they aren't donated.
