Does anyone know of anything that naturally boosts your fertility? We are getting ready to ttc and I was wondering if there is anything that I can do to boost my chances.

Yes, read TCOYF and just try to be healthy. Lose a couple pounds if you're overweight, gain a few if you're underweight. Drink plenty of water (good hydration helps with fertile cm,) eat your fruits and veggies, don't overdo the caffeine (more than 3 cups of coffee negatively impacts fertility, and some studies suggest that any at all isn't good for your chances of conception,) get lots of sleep and make sure to exercise. The common sense stuff helps. Also, make sure your man got rid of his briefs and switched to boxers at least until you conceive. No hot tubs, saunas, or long bike rides for him until the bun is in the oven. No smoking, and only moderate alcohol consumption for either of you. Also, if either of you have allergies, you'll want to skip the antihistimines and decongestants for a while, since these tend to dry up cm and his seminal fluids. Evening Primrose Oil will help make more cm if you need help. Oh! And caffeine for him about 30 minutes before any attempt at conception will perk up his little soldiers and have them racing for your egg a bit faster. I hope these help!

When my DH and I were trying to conceive, a friend sent us an article about how studies show that, in addition to the things mentioned by the other mamas above, a diet high in vegetables and whole grains, low in meat (or no meat), and with plenty of fats (whole-milk yogurt, for example) increases fertility. I followed this diet and exercised regularly and didn't drink caffeine or alcohol, and got pregnant within a couple of months. I'll never know if it was because of these habits, but I'm sure that, minimally, they contributed to it.
