I just bought a bottle of soy isflavones to help bring o sooner than cd21. I have no idea how much to take. I thought I read 120 - 200 mg, this bottle is 2250 mg or 2.25 g per 3 capsules (3 is the reccomended dose) any advice?

I took 160 mg each evening cd 3-7 for each of my BFPs. It moved my o date up by 3-4 days the first time I took it and I got my first every BFP after almost a year of trying. My current pregnancy came on my third pp cycle, my second one with soy. It didn't change my O date this time but I conceived despite a 6 day LP so it might have helped in some other way to make it a sticky month.
Check your bottle closely - the recommended dose is 160-200 mg of soy isoflavones. So be sure you're looking at the quantity of isoflavones only not the total weight of the capsule, which likely has other ingredients.
Good luck!

Google soy isoflavones and ttc and you can get a pretty good idea. I have pcos also. It is supposed to be the natural equal to clomid. I have read mixed things on it. You take it like clomid, cd 3-7 or 5-9. This will be my first cycle taking it so I will update on my "progress" or lack of! My last cycle I didn't O until cd 21. I have longer cycles and I am getting impatient. The soy is supposed to speed things up a little, and as a bonus I have read it makes you have more ewcm. You can get it at the grocery store. Just make sure you find out the mg before you buy it. I bought one too high from a vitamin store. There are different doses women take, I actually found this varies a lot. I am taking what I am comfortable with. Do some research first. I found it very interesting. Good luck!

I took 100mg of Soy, cd 3-7 (I responded quite easily to 50 mg of Clomid, so stayed with a low dosage).
My last cycle was 10 weeks. Based on my chart, I ovulated on cd15! If that's true, I am 11 dpo. http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/19b8de
But some things this week have made me doubt. But I am hoping.

Thanks ladies!
Also, here is some additional info so you know how well this worked:
I got pregnant before on:
50mg of Clomid (m/c at 10 weeks)
Follistim/Lupron/Ovidrel (adorable impish 18 month old little girl)
I was anovulatory before treatment.
My last three cycles have been:
5-6 weeks
7 weeks
10 weeks
I took the Soy and ovulated somewhere between cd15 and 17! And you can see the results above!
Let's hope it sticks and good luck with the soy! I'd advocate for anyone to give it a try.
I don't have any recommendation on dosages, but I'd lean towards being more cautious as some places online I have read that taking too much can delay ovulation or even keep you from ovulating.
