27 month old teething third molar???

For weeks my son has had his typical teething behavior, which is drooling, biting, grawing on things, night waking, more aggressive/impulsive/fussy behavior, poop changes, etc.

looking in the back of his mouth, his gums are swollen and white like teeth are getting ready to erupt.

he already has his 2 year molars. any thoughts?

Hmm, if he already has the 2 yr molars, then that would mean the 6 yr molars are coming in? That's really really early though. Maybe have the dentist check it out?
