41w3d. Not feeling like I'm in labor. Boo...
Yeah. No labor here. Plenty of insomnia though.

I am enjoyng a quiet morning alone. DH had to be at church band practice early, and DS spent the night a Grandmas house with his cousins. I am lounging in bed with a little breakfast, the new Real Simple issue, and a few contractions. Life is good. Happy Mothers Day to all of us.

I'm crashing and burning today. I'm just miserable and feel like a failure at going into labor. This is not good. I know that by the numbers, it is likely that I have the baby in the next few days, but my morale is just plain shot.

LNF, Hopefully this is the release you need to go into labor. That would be good.

Labor vibes to those of you left on the island!

to you lnf! I know how you feel!

I surprisingly feel pretty good today though. It's a nice change since I've felt like absolute crap since last September... So, to commemorate what is a once in a pregnancy experience (feeling good!) and what will hopefully be my last day being pregnant (yeah right ) here are some photos!

I just wanted to state that I am absolutely not in labor. I am having some contractions, but they will never yield a baby. Absolutely never. Not in a million years, ever. No baby, not know how.

I thought that too, right up until my water broke...then an hour later a baby came out!

Still pregnant, ending 41w3d. Midwife may be coming to my house tomorrow to camp out and try to get me into labor. We did a halfhearted attempt Friday, but this is ridiculous. I'm on the stupid fence between labor and not labor, and need to get off now.

I haven't had a good day today either. DH and I fought all morning due to all the stress we are under right now- it feels like we can't catch a break for one second.

I currently have between 2-3 ctx per hour. So nothing new here.

But tomorrow's another day right! Good luck ladies, I think our race to the finish line is about done.

BTW I can't wait to be able to post in the photo thread- I am jealous of all those sweet faces I see on there and want one of my own already!

I could post a picture of her screaming her head off for the past 4 hours, if that would make you feel better!

Coming over here to check on how you were doing! Just hitting 41 weeks here today myself. I know the fence of which you speak, I was on it for three days before my DS was born...and I'm not on that fence at all right now, which is making me wonder just how pregnant I'm going to be here. I hate that stupid fence but I'd be happy to run into it anytime now.

42 wks 2 d here. Still having mild contrax after 24+ hrs, going in for a BPP at 11:30. Spending lots of time on the birth ball & hands & knees. Not much else to report. Sigh.

41w4d. This needs to stop now. I'm picking up castor oil at the store today, don't know when I'm going to try it.

This is so not cool, uterus. Really not cool. Also, my family is bullying me about how yesterday would have been the perfect day to have a baby and I "squandered" it.
