Looking for Chicken Pox party! - Page 2

I was reading all your posts about chicken pox parties. My name is Marilyn Deutsch and I am a reporter with Fox 12/kptv (and a mom)-- I am trying to do a story on this and why some moms prefer this to the 15 year old vaccine. I think it's an interesting story -- and it's kind of like back to the way it used to be when i was a kid and got chicken pox from by brothers or vice versa -- not sure. I would like very much to talk to you about this -- either in this thread or you can email me at marilyn.deutsch@kptv.com. Thank you for your time. Marilyn Deutsch Fox 12 Portland

My name is Brittany Weiner. I am a producer at KTVZ in Bend, Oregon. I am looking for parents that are looking for chicken pox parties for their children. I would like to talk to you about why you chose this route instead of a vaccine? and what the parties entail?

If you would like to share any information with me or could do an interview please send me an email at Brittany.Weiner@ktvz.com.

Thanks!

Did you ever get the story on the chicky party?  I am looking and it seems we are rather disconnected since the vac came.  It's seems more difficult to get in touch with the germs.  If you can steer me there I would really appreciate it.  Angela
