"Family" Gift Ideas?

We are going to a birthday party this weekend. THe family has 4 kids, ages 4-10. 3 girls and 1 boy. The children's birthdays are all close together so they annually throw 1 big party. I am looking forward to gift ideas. As far as specific likes I consider them into what most kids are into. Outdoor stuff, games, etc. Any suggestions?

I think board games or outdoor games like bean bag toss http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...dingMethod=rr& or ring toss would work for all ages. My son is 3.5 and loves all of those.

Croquet (sp?) is a hit with my 4 yr old, badminton, bocci ball; hese are all activities parents can have fun with too.

Craft/art supplies like markers, construction paper, scissors, pencils with fun erasers.
