Menstruation Question

I am 19 months PP and still BFing. I got my period when DD was about 9 months and ever since its appears as though its getting progressively worse (heavier, bad cramps, fatigue, spotting, etc). The last few (3-4) months I have been getting spotting in b/n. Its brown and I'm told by friends/family that it is "leftover" blood which has de-oxygenized. This time around it has been lingering for about 15. wks. Is this normal? Can I expect it to get worse or continue? Is there anything I can do to make it decrease or stop? It is becoming so frustrating to deal with!!! TIA

Mine were really heavy and I would leak at night. I found drinking Raspberry Leaf tea at least 2 times a day really helped. It only took the month to fix up and the past 2 cycles I've had I would say are moderate and the length of bleeding has gone down by 2 days (5 days instead of a week). I still tired for a couple days, but the cramping, flow, and duration are less, less, and less. Hope that helps.
