Chicken pox and an 8 week old

There is a possiblity we've been exposed to chicken pox. DS3 is 8 weeks old, if he gets it is there anything I should be worried about?

Is he still exclusively breastfed? Do you have natural immunity to chicken pox (have you had it already in the past?) I recall seeing another users post with a young baby who was exposed and never got it - presumed that placental antibiodies were still strong enough at that age so baby never caught it. Starts to wear off around 4 to 6 months I think
