Does a website like this exist?

I would love to find a site where I could plug in what I have on hand at all times, then add things I have on hand at the moment (like produce, meat, leftover ingredients) that will suggest recipes that utilize what I have. I'd also love to be able to exclude ingredients. (we are dairy & peanut free)

I need a pantry challenge in a big way for my meal planning, but could use some help organizing it!

You can put in ingredients you want or don't want at allrecipes.com.

Or you could list your ingredients here and we could help you.

I do use allrecipes quite a bit, but I was thinking maybe there would be a site that would "store" the list of my pantry contents.

http://www.mealsmatter.org/MealPlann...ner/index.aspx or http://www.menus4moms.com/menuplanning.php

I don't have personal experience with either one, but a lady I work with uses them both back and forth and they've seemed to work for her.

My site, EatRealGood, is set up for you to enter all your veggies and fruit, and it brings back recipes that use them efficiently. You can then scan and see if there are any that use the meat and other stuff you have on hand. I frequently use it like that. Get my CSA box, enter all my veggies, then pick the recipes that also use the frozen beef quarter I have, for example.

Meal planner is at: http://mealplanner.EatRealGood.com and it's free.

It's worth a try! Hope it helps.
