For most of the U.S., I'd pronounce is Lew-is. If I was in New Orleans, I'd probably pronouce it "Lew-ee".

If I was in Canada, I'd go with "Lew-ee".

I posted in your other thread so I'm just repeating myself......but I would say Loo-iss. Always, unless told otherwise. Loo-ie is informal/nick name ish to me.
