So sometimes I might not be able to go to the gym or attend yoga classes right. So why not get a reliable exercise machine? I am think about getting one of those cycling machines but I still want to have other ideas of the different exercising machines I can choose from.

Oh yeah I have been looking at the elliptical exercising machine does anyone have one of those??

I have a stationary bike at home so that I can't cheat We also have a treadmill gathering dust in the basement A good treadmill would be awesome, but I think getting some sun and fresh air is just as important as exercising!

We got an elliptical 2 weeks ago, and I LOVE it. When selecting one check the stride length, and how smooth the movement is. Some of the cheaper ones are truly awful--very short stride, very choppy movement, unstable etc.

We got a Schwinn 431, half price, and so far it has been great. I heard the Soles are very good too, but we wanted to buy only on sale.

If you have a chance, try them in stores, because all of them feel differently. Some that I liked, DH couldn't stand. It took us a while to find the one that we both liked enough.
