Stainless Steel Cookie sheet?

So, I'm sure this has been asked here before... but, does anyone have recommendations for stainless steel cookie sheets? I'm looking to replace my doughmakers aluminum cookie sheets/jelly role pan. I love the looks/sounds of all-clad's sheets, but they're just *SO* expensive!! Anyone have an thoughts on the Norpro SS sheets on amazon? or other ideas??

I like my Chicago Metallic ones. Nicely made and a bit on the heavy side but they don't warp with temperature changes. http://www.amazon.com/Chicago-Metall.../dp/B00004R91M

Yeah, those are still aluminum... I think I'm going to bite the bullet and just order an all-clad and see what I think...

I don't know about All-clad but Norpro pans don't hold up very well IME.

We use silicone mats on the cookie sheets, so the food never touches the aluminum.

Yup, thats what we do too, except we use parchment paper. I have a silicone mat but it bugs me that it always feels slightly greasy so I don't ever use it.
