Kitchen Paint Color Advice

I want to paint our kitchen something bright and colorful. Pale yellow is kind of my backup color but I was looking for other ideas.

My cabinets are cherry
Appliances are white
Stove is dark hunter green
Trim is an off white but needs to be redone
Quickie tin tile backsplash is gold (had to cover a giant hole in the wall asap and these can be repainted)
Countertops are hunter green

Right now the walls are green with gold pin stripes. All the green came with the house and it is too much. I want a brighter look especially since we have low ceilings.

Oooh I like that idea I will have to go grab some paint samples and see if I can find one that might work. Thanks!

I do think the pale yellow would look nice. And I'm usually a bold color type of person but we recently painted our kitchen a beige color and I really like it. With all the colors you have going on in the kitchen already (cherry/hunter green, etc.) maybe a more neutral color with some accents might be nice?
