I am very happy to share that we are going to getthe loan for our siding

This has been a long process for a pretty minimal loan- it has been much easier to get car loans, personal loans and even our big refi afew years ago was much simpler.

I was able to get the appraiser to look at a couple other properties which upped our appraisal and also agreed to borow less than the initial amount we were asking for. But we will get enough to do the siding, eaves, windows and install gutters. Our house will look so much better not being mint green

Thanks to everyone that chimed in a month or so ago when the appraisal came in so low.
