Homeopathy - okay with multiple food allergies?

My dd has FPIES and reacts to several foods (many not yet to be identified) - she is coming down with a nasty cold and I'd like to try a homeopathic remedy before she gets too sick. Have any of you used homeopathy on a severely allergic child with multiple food allergies? I think the only real ingredient would be sugar, so it should be fine?

Yes- definitely!! Although we only use the small round pellets, rather than the larger, flat tablet remedies- the pellets have less lactose (DD is severely milk allergic.)
