I have a TON of MF diaper inserts.... way more than I need, and I am not entirely sure where they all came from!! Anyway, what else can I use them for? Would they be suitable for cleaning rags?

Yeah, they make nice cleaning rags. They're good for surfaces you wouldn't want to scratch. I cleaned my windows with one, with some vinegar a few weeks ago and it worked well. I've also scrubbed my kitchen floor with them. They stain really bad though. But that doesn't bother me, once they become a cleaning rag I don't care what they look like.

you could keep a couple in the car, too, to wipe down when the dash gets really dusty (well, my car gets dirty inside, so even MF might not help!!) but they're great for the car windows, dash, and absorbing a spill.
You could rig it up to attach to the bottom of your mop or swiffer-type thing. It would be great damp or dry if you have hardwood or tile.
