My 8 year old wants to learn about laws, especially the why part of laws.
Why some laws are on the national level, and some are on the state level.
Why we have some old laws that are not really followed and yet still exist.
Can anyone point me in the direction of some good web sites that cover this and are easily understood by a 3rd grader? Books would also be ok, but our library is really lacking in having any good books.
