early (6 week) ultrasound

After 3 early m/c's, I'm pregnant again and under the care of an RE. Just came back from an early ultrasound (which seems to be standard at this practice, and necessary anyway for my anxiety level).

We saw and heard the heartbeat, which was an amazing experience. Measurements are right on at 6w1d. We've never gotten this far before! The RE says the chance of success is up to 90% now!

Thought I'd post some good news, as reading the positive news of others always helps me feel optimistic. Thanks to everyone who responds and supports me here.

Some of your user names are becoming familiar from my frequent lurking (a 20 month journey through the infertility threads, the PAL threads and now here) and I thank you!

I'm not sure most people understand the urge to talk about it so constantly, or the crazy process when it doesn't all go smoothly the first time.

I'm hoping this is finally it!
