If you "knew" before a test...

How? What was the key "symptom" that you had?

If this is the wrong place please move!

i didnt know and actually thought I wasnt... but I did have three very strong symptoms that made me start to really wonder, including at 5dpo I started getting nausea that I couldnt shake for anything, 10dpo I started getting blood when I blew my nose and at 7dpo my breasts were not tender like they had been every cycle before then starting at 7dpo

retroactively looking at my chart, implantation happened about 6dpo and I didnt get a bfp until 13dpo

Sore boobs. How I knew with each pregnancy. They usually get sore before my period, but it's much more pronounced when I'm preg.

I knew because of a dream I had... I dreamed I tested pos on a FRER. No symptoms so to speak. I also dreamed I tested positive before my daughter arrived.

I ask because my first was a "surprise" sort of. After my pos test I looked back and realized all the symptoms I'd had...but explained away.

Right now I'm craving this certain candy...I craved it my entire first trimester. I've never craved it like this except when I was pregnant...

To be honest I did not know. Looking back I was really tired like 2-4 or 5 dpo. Then I got these horrific cramps(I usually just have small discomfort with AF) and I thought something was wrong. My first thought was I am prego and loosing it, so I went to doc and they said it was BFN and it might have been a cyst. My pain was so bad I had an ultra sound. The ultra sound lady said oh yep see that little dot that is a cyst. Its small so it will fix itself. I immediately called my mom and she said NO WAY your pregnant. Of course I belived the doc over my moms intuition.

Ok so like three or four days later my breast hurt like crazy. I mean if I raised my hand my bood hurt. I took a test and it said negative. Finally 16 dpo I got a BFP. Keep in mind i had been trying for a year and every month I thought I got sore boobs or morning sickness or something

But when it really happened I was really tired my boobs hurt sssoooo bad and I did have implantation cramping on it was on the right side.

My biggest clue, both times, was a pinching, digging in feeling, very low down in my uterus. I had a few other symptoms as well, but that was the big one.

The dark green/blue veins that only appear on my breasts and tummy when i'm pregnant. I stepped out of the shower one morning, looked in the mirror and thought "No bleeping way, I'm pregnant" because those veins were ALL over my breasts and tummy. Took pregnancy tests that night, and got 3 bfp 3 days before my period was even due. I think i only "knew" because i'd just given birth 4 months ago and the veins had just been there so recently. That and we've learned the hard way, if we don't use condoms I end up pregnant

This exactly. Both times.

I had that too but shrugged it off as likely being my luteal cyst since it was off to the side.

My first ultrasound showed that that was where Mae implanted though!

I've also had BAD "cyst" pain in my ovary area. I had a confirmed cyst with DS (they said that can happen when the egg is released) so I dunno... It's knocked me over a few times.

The first time I had no idea. Only knew when I tested and it was positive. The second time I all of a sudden one day felt pregnant - I had this fullness feeling in my lower belly. I remember thinking, "OMG, I'm pregnant! I've got to be pregnant!" I was 11dpo and I wanted to wait until at least 14dpo to test, but I told Dh to pick up a test for me that night when he went out. By the time he got back, I had convinced myself that I was being silly and I wasn't going to test, but Dh convinced me to. I did and it was +!

So, for me it was just that full feeling.

My "Oh I am definitely pregnant" symptom is really super vivid sexy dreams.

I got heartburn from Wheat Thins at 7dpo. I only ever get heartburn when I'm pregnant, so I knew, even though I didn't test postive until 11dpo.

I got a BFP when I was pregnant with my daughter at 15 DPO (don't know how I waited that long to test!) and in retrospect I realized that my boobs had been really sore for a few days before that.

I thought I might be pg but kept getting negs. At the gym one day I was SO out of breath and couldn't work out at all, so I knew something was different. Still didn't get a pos for a few more days, even though I knew.

I felt something like a little starburst or something. Then I had sore breasts, and was really out of breath on a hike and while hanging laundry when it was hot!

I've had several where I knew before the test. Sore boobs, falling asleep around 5 pm and/or heartburn.

I knew with all 3 before tests were even able to pick it up.

With ds1, I was at a bomba dance (think big loud drumbeats) so I started zoning to the music and I literally felt & 'saw' him implant on the lefthand side of my uterus.

With ds2, I started having 'weird' thoughts, like 'I'm wondering if I'm carrying one or two' that made me go 'huh'? lol

With this baby, I just *knew* the moment dh and I had a 'near' oops that turned into an 'oops'.

With all three, I have had the digging in pain that others have felt. Each time, that's where the baby has implanted, according to u/s. With ds1, I told the u/s tech where to go b/c he wasn't seeing anything. Still fiddled around on the opposite area 'just in case'.

With ds2 I felt him implant on the left hand side but in the front of my uterus. U/S tech at the 20 week u/s told me I had an anterior placenta. Big shocker, I know.

Still haven't had an u/s with this one, but I definitely felt it on my right upper side and then a second one on the lower left front side. No clue why and won't know if what I felt was 'right' for a few more weeks.

I knew from charting and from my nausea. Didn't test until 13DPO.
