I haven't been happy with my weight gain. I've gained 9 pounds at almost 18 weeks, so logically, I know that's not that bad. If I can maintain half a lb a week for the entire pregnancy, that would be fine. I started the pregnancy about 10 pounds heavier than I wanted to be, though, so I think that's bothering me. And even though I've been eating mostly healthy, I know I'm not exercising enough right now. I've been swamped with work, but that should let up soon, then we're taking a short vacation, so I'm hoping I can establish a regular exercise routine after that. If I can get moving, I feel like i'll feel okay about my weight even as it keeps going up.
