What should I have ready for my mom?

What type of (Emergency) knowledge should I have ready for my mom?
My Dh can't be at the birth.(Deployment) My mom will be there, but she will be responsible for the kids. I have 45 min. births! No joke! What should my mom know if something happens, besides 911. This is if for some reason I become incapacitated.

Main thing I can think of would be a document authorizing her to make medical decisions for both you and your children. ...just in case you cannot consent either on your behalf or for your children yourself. You can look online to see what the requirements are for this and may be able to get a fill-in the blank form off the www for your state.
