Fish Oil or Baby Aspirin?

Hi ladies! I've been taking 1200 mg of fish oil for a few months now and was considering adding a daily dose of baby aspirin since I've had 2 very early m/c (one was a chemical). However I read that fish oil is also an anticoagulant so I was concerned about including both, and is one better than the other?

Thanks!!

I definately get the same "effect" from fish oil that I do from baby aspirin. I have tried both, though not at the same time.

Both give me a heavier/less clotty AF.

i have read that fish oil and aspirin, taken together, amplify each other's anticoagulant properties. as for which is better i guess it depends on what you mean. i think as an anticoagulant an aspirin is better, but what's better for you, fish oil wins hands down.
