I have a korean "fish grill" that is basically a broiler pan w/a grill mesh over top and a handle, but when I place it on my stovetop, the juice from the food drips thru the holes of the pan. I just tried googling "non-toxic grill" and "indoor grill non teflon" and something called a "raclette grill" which is made of granite (is that safe?) and a korean "pebble grill" which I couldn't even figure out how that would work. Does anyone know anything about these or any other options?

There are also titanium-coated grill pans. Titanium is supposedly non bio-reactive, non-offgassing, and nonstick, according to what I've read (note: while I'm hyper about this stuff, I'm not an expert on bio-reactive chemicals!
)
I bought my rice cooker specifically because it was titanium coated and not Teflon coated. didquite a bit of reading about it first (there weren't any programmable fuzzy logic rice cookers with stainless steel pots). I do use stainless for everything else in the kitchen, but I'm thinking about buying a hot pot/grill for the table, and it's titanium coated as well.
