Seasonal flu shot will contain H1N1 starting 2010/2011 season

I heard it straight from the vax rep's mouth yesterday. I'm a nursing student and had the opportunity to listen in on a vax rep's spiel during lunch. I didn't know if this has already been mentioned here before, as it's the first I've heard of it.

In Australia Fluvax 2010 contains H1N1. Does the US follow WHO guideline for which strains to include? If so then, I imagine, the US fluvax will be the same as ours.

But isn't Australia having problems with this flu vaccine? As in babies ending up in the hospital with convulsions? Perhaps this needs to be reconsidered?
