Little white bumps on bottom

Hi folks,

We've been trying to figure out what is going on with my 4yo for a few months now. It's been a bit of a moving target, first starting with a bumpy rash on his bottom, then moving down his legs, then the bumps became fewer but bigger and slightly different presentation.

Now he has little white bumps around his anus. Sort of on the insides of his cheeks when I spread them a bit. He says they don't itch. We're seeing the allergist next week so we'll try to rule out some things but wondering if anyone else has seen these on their lo or knows what they might be.

Did you ever find out what it was? My 3yr old seems to have those same white bumps on her butt cheeks. Any help would be appreciated. thanks!
