Egg-free ice cream and cake please

HI! I need 1-2 recipes on non-dairy Ice cream, and 2 recipes of a simple non-dairy cake for my kids.

3/4 can't have eggs, and 2/4 can't have dairy. I just need something simple to be able to have on hand.

It can be with wheat flour or spelt flour.
Also, what can be used istead of mayo. for sandwiches, tuna?

A simple "ice cream" is to slice up peeled ripe banannas, freeze them, then throw them in a food processor until smooth and ice-creamy. Even better with spoonful of peanut butter or a spoonful of melted chocolate (don't know if that's dairy free, though).... yummy.
Also, I don't like mayo, so I just don't use it. If I'm doing tuna, I do an oil and vinegar dressing for it, otherwise I just use mustard and pickles for the sandwiches.

I also use oil (olive) in tuna salad. Not a mayo fan. I've also used plain yogurt with some herbs/seasonings mixed in.

For the cake, this is a really easy recipe. You could also leave out the cocoa for a white/vanilla cake. You can even add in lemon or orange zest or extract or spices for different flavors. When I make it, I use apple cider vinegar - I think it tastes the best.

ice cream made with coconut milk is sooooo yum.
my kids eat eggs but i don't so i buy vegenaise for sandwiches. it's vegan.
for non-dairy cake, i buy the dr. oetkers cake mix and use either ener-g egg replacer or a tablespoon of applesauce and a pink of baking powder for each egg called for in the recipe.

do a search for "wacky cake" and you'll find an easy dairy/egg free cake. Usually chocolate, though I've seen spice and vanilla versions. I use coconut milk as my base for ice cream (no eggs). Also there's Coconut Bliss and Purely Decadent Coconut Milk ice cream available here in a few flavors. Not sure if you can get it where you live, but it's delicious (though pricey).

You can find So Delicious ice cream made from soy or coconut milk in Canada. They're completely dairy and egg free, and incredibly delicious! Also, google "vegan cake recipes" and "vegan ice cream recipes" (if you want to make your own ice cream) and you'll find a million that are egg and dairy-free.
