Any suggestions on how to store or preserve green onions? Are they any good when dehydrated?
I inherited a garden with an excess of Egyptian walking onions and I've got to harvest a lot before they start walking for the season and take over the whole darned plot. I have WAY more than we can use. I can't even give more away at this point.
