Where all are flame retardants found?

I'm especially wondering what the requirements are for clothing. I got a CPSC recall listing for a recall on a child's sweatshirt because it didn't meet the flammability standards. I'm confused. I thought it was only bed clothing and loose fitting pajamas.

All pyjamas, unless they state otherwise, have flame retardants in them, so do couches, mattresses, carpets, many curtains, furniture...
and, you know, breastmilk. AHHH!!!

anything that is polyester has to have built in flame retardants as petrochemicals are extremely flammable....
