links? cant find anywhere where it actually says what the law is or whatever. i heard that there was one but cant find anything that lists exactly what it is and where it is listed in the law....

Public Law 106-058, sec. 647 (1999)

(Sec. 647) Authorizes a woman to breastfeed her child on Federal property if the woman and child are otherwise authorized to be present at the location.
