Wearing a Swaddled Baby

My baby often falls asleep in the carrier, but unless he's swaddled, he wakes up when I try to take him out. What carriers would be best for wearing a swaddled baby?

I used a mei tai. Front carry or back carry, both work well with a swaddled baby.

I used a wrap in a cradle hold. Then just untied the whole deal and layed them down. HTH!

My only caveat is that you want to make sure you're only doing that at times when you'd be swaddling anyway. The wide hip position is important for hip development.
