Both my kids (3 and 1) have pox. I just picked up some CLO to give them Vit A. Should I just give them the recommended dosage, or do they need extra? Its the Nordic Naturals Children's DHA (which I really hope is one made without synthetic A added) It says each 1/2 teaspoon dose is 30-59% rda and between 750-1475 IU of vit A.
