mouthwash and face scrub

hi everyone!

I'm in the 8th week pregnant and I just found out that I shouldn't use my favorite face scrub no more because of the salicylic asid in there, so I went to the store and bought some organic face scrub from "lily of the desert" and when I came home I looked up how safe this is because I read that it contains aloe vera, well, and I read that I shouldn't be using products with aloe vera either!

Can somebody give me some good tips what kind of face scrub I could use what is totally safe?

My other concern is mouthwash, since I shouldn't use mouthwash with fluoride in it, I bought some mouthwash without it from "Tom's of Maine" but it has aloe vera in it too!

Any tips for a safe mouthwash?

I, too, used to be concerned about salicylic acid, but then I read more and it is actually not a problem. Especially in a rinse-off product like a scrub.

i don't think aloe vera is harmful unless ingested

I've also never heard to avoid fluoride mouthwash while pregnant. As long as you're not swallowing it, that is, but that's true any time.

I use burt's bees face scrub. Mouthwash should be fine as long as you don't swallow it.
