Do you stop taking CLO in the spring/summer?

We've been taking FCLO regularly through the winter. Last year we took it through the summer too. Somehow, I felt "naked" without it, if you know what I mean! But I suppose that traditionally, it was a wintertime supplement?
Just curious what others are doing!

I thnk this is a good question! We took last summer too and I plan on continuing this summer. We do get outside often but probably not long enough, with minimal clothing on a daily basis so I think I feel comfortable continuing thru summer. Curious to hear what others have to say

I plan on not taking it this summer and already began on days when I am out all the time. I think if I had loads of money to spend on it I would take it anyway, but I am going to dose up on some free sun. And I eat fish sometimes and loads of chia and flax for the omega 3's. I eat liver and TONs of sweet potatoes for Vit A. I hope I covered it all.

Plus new research I read is about high boron takes the place of Vit D when not enough is present in the diet. Cia seeds hag tons of boron. Still learning...

I don't know. I feel really strongly that CLO is not sustainable (cod is way overfished), but... I really really needed it this winter. Also my job is indoors all day, and we eat lunch together inside, so on work days I don't really get much sun (i can go out after work, but then its 5-6 and the sun isn't so strong, and there isn't much of it.)

maybe I'll keep taking it on work days? I'm not sure...
