I end up having toothbrush and toothpaste . No matter how many times I tell him to brush his teeth he first lies says he does or dawdles so much that he won't have time to do it in the morning. Then when he does he only brushes for 5 seconds and the first commerical isn't over yet . I go that's not enough for you to be getting good brushing.

He knows about the natural consquence of brushing teeth he already has 7 cavities and then he knows even the next natural consquence as in teeth no good anymore end up weak then you get dentures .

He sees what happens to his mommy and it don't even sways him but I'm thinking he proably had his dad skill for lacking of brushing teeth but his dad only lost One tooth so he more likely may have stronger teeth than his mommies teeth which were proably so much more softer .

I still brush my 5 year old's teeth once a day. So, if she's not doing a good job, then at least I know that she's getting one really good brush every day.

Do you brush when he does? That helps my dd to not dawdle. I also brush hers a few times a week so she gets a great touch up because our dentist recommends doing this.
