Can someone help me find a large electric oven/toaster?

I'm looking for a large electric oven/toaster that will hold a 9x13" cake pan that won't break the bank. Its to hot to run the oven in the summer so my plan is to plug it in outside and let it cook on the porch where the heat can stay outside BUT, I need to find a decent one with temp control that won't break the bank. Thought I better clarify, I am NOT looking for a full sized oven/stove, I'm basically looking for one of those mini oven toasters but a big version of it that you plug into a regular outlet.

i have a 6 slice toaster/oven, but it will only fit a 8x8 pan at best. even then it doesn't cook evenly. i too had planned to do most of my cooking with it, but it never worked out as it was just too small.

i've seen some microwave/convection oven combos, though i never cooked with them.
