Seasonal Allergy Sufferers...Try this

I don't have allergies but DH does. He has been taking Activated Quercetin by Source Naturals and the allergy symptoms have disappeared. He has learned that he has to take 3 2x per day and he can't miss a dose.

We give our son (age 3) a supplement called Perma-Clear by THORNE. It contains quercetin. He gets that supplement twice a day for gut health. Also, if he has been exposed to an allergen or has hives we give him pure quercetin, the supp is called Quercetone, also by thorne. It's a natural anti-histamine.
