green tea extract (antioxidants)
grape seed extract (antioxidants)
cranberry extract (prevention of UTI's)
probiotic (healthy bacteria)

Since Im going to start TTC from september, I'm about to add in to the mix:

Red Raspberry Leaf (fertility)
Folic acid (baby's health)
Soyisoflavones (fertility)

I don't think I need any other specific vitamins, as my diet contains good food sources of them anyway, which is better than supplements, Even fish oil ones, as I always eat 2-3 servings of oily fish per week.

I am interested in finding out if there are any other herbs which boost fertility?

I'm in the process of figuring that out right now! I'll let you know as soon as I figure it out though!

A generic multivitamin
.75 mg levothyroxine
otc loratadine (which I may stop again in a couple of days; I actually seem to have kicked the sinus infection and the allergies or whatever have abated)

I have a VitD/calcium chocolate chew and Vit C chewables handy, but tend to forget to take them. Should probably start remembering the Vit D at least, though since I'll only be working 2 night shifts/week from now on, I'd probably be fine without it.

don't you get omega 3,6,9 from the fish oil and flaxseed oil already?

can I ask why so many people are taking the B complex? Is the dosage of B vitamins higher in that than a regular multivitamin?

I'm adding B6 to my list from next cycle.

Currently just my prenatal, but once AF arrives (IF she does, and it's looking like she will tomorrow) I'll start on EPO.

Hopefully it'll do some good. I've also added a lot of dietary foods that might help out a bit.

the B6 helps women who have an LP problem. (like me) and the whole b complex helps absorption of the b6. (namely the b12.) and they take it on top of the multi, because they need a higher dose than the multi provides, (my assumption of course)

heres my list:

Prenatal
B6
Vitex
EPO
Zinc
VitC
sprouted ground flax (i eat it on everything, its yummy too. )
Whole Foods Prenatal
Lysine 500mg (to prevent cold sores)
Soy Isoflavones 100-200mg CD3-7 (natural clomid)
Raspberry leaf & Nettle leaf tea

Samy - Like vivica said, the B vitamins are to help those who wish to lengthen their LP's.

Can anyone tell me how dangerous it would be to take Excedrine during the 2WW? It seems to be the only thing that helps my frequent headaches. I usually only need one pill, which contains 250mg acetaminophen, 250mg aspirin, and 65mg caffeine. I would take it maybe 2-3 times a week. I know the problem lies mostly with the aspirin, but I've heard of people taking baby aspirin during the 2WW to help with implantation. Granted, that is only 81mg - one third the dose I would take. I am only asking because I'm sitting here at 3dpo with a headache that threatens to turn into a migraine if I don't do anything!
