Have you noticed specific foods that make your teeth feel stronger soon after eating them? I noticed major changes in my teeth this week and I'm trying to figure out what specifically I ate this week that may have contributed to it. I ate a lot of quinoa. Also went totally gluten/grain-free this week. Hardly had any broth and the only meat I ate was bacon. Also had a lot of parmesan in homemade caesar dressing that included anchovy paste.
