I agree, I don't think too many of them are cute. I have high standards of cuteness. Hopefully as their personalities come out more they will seem more attractive. The only ones who are remotely attractive IMO are the Cape Cod guy, Justin, Roberto (sort of- he seems nice but we shall see), and Frank (although w/ the glasses and messy hair there is a hint of "trying too hard")

Wow, I never even knew who Reality Steve was until the end of last season with the whole Roz thing so I've never gone through a season with him, now I'm intrigued!

I was in a weird mood when I watched the show, but I felt like the ex-hotshot now-screenwriter guy with the glasses is a plant, and maybe the guy with the hair, too.

Shooter? UGH!

My favorite was "Do you like the Red Sox?"
"I'm from Cape Cod!"

yah kind of. It took me two days to get through it online. I dunno...i'm sure it will pick up as we get to know the guys more. I also kept thinking, wow none of them really stand out in terms of attractiveness. There were lots of pretty girls on Jake's season...these guys seem more ordinary LOL maybe that will make them better/nicer/more committed...afterall Ali said in the first episode she's ready to have kids!!

I think rated-r is there for the right reasons and the other guys were super jealous of him. They probably think his job is cool even though they made fun of it and they probably sense he's more attractive then them lol.

really? i like the weatherman... hmm that leaves me thinking?

i am board this season too! if feels like its all about the man drama. i dont know. its taking me longer to warm up this season.

and Roberto... he had me at i played for the Twins and the Rockies!!! SOLD the Twins are my NUMBER 1 team and the Rockies are second not a close second but second oh and hes cute and seems really nice!

My thoughts:

yikes, craig M was scary, it was almost like he had too much to drink or there was something else going on- he couldn't even get out one full sentence or thought, even when Ali asked him a direct question.

I think she kept the weatherman around as a reward for telling about craig. you just never know which way it will go with that- sometimes they oust the tattler b/c they are spending so much time talking about others and not building their relationship. I don't see him lasting much longer though.

I felt bad that they made the guys wear tiny bathing suits; that didn't seem right to force someone to show off their body and be photographed if they didn't want to be - male or female

poor justin, limping along behind!

I liked Justin, Jesse, Ty, Roberto, and Frank.

i have a hard time getting through the episodes idk if i'm gonna see the season through.

i think they need to just pick a random new person for the next season no more of this coming off of each season its getting old

I really like Frank and Roberto. They are the cutest and so far the sweetest. You can tell she really likes Roberto!

I do not like the weatherman. So glad Craig M is gone. How strange was his conversation with her privately? Wow!

I was waffling on the weatherman's tactics, he wanted Craig M. gone, so he went straight to the power that could kick him out. Wimpy or wise? I'm not sure. I was hoping Ali was going to toss them both out and say that she just didn't want the drama, but SHE did the exact same thing with Vienna, she bitched for weeks about how she "just didn't like her!!!!" so I think she kept him as to not look like a hypocrite.

Personally, I like her (maybe a New England sisterhood thing?) and I think the storylines are quickly developing and getting good. But I agree that it's wrong to pressure anyone into a skimpy swimsuit for a calendar photo.

I originally thought Kasey had some sort of special need (hearing loss? social misfit?) but he turned it around for me this week. I like Rated R, I think he's cute, with all those women family members, awwww. Craig M. had issssues, he was so cock-of-the-walk with the guys, but once he was there with Ali his brain just went splitzoid and berserk.

For me the verdict is still out on Frank. He's sorta my type, but also, I think he's fallen a little too hard too soon and something bad is emerging. I don't think it's his fault, but he needs to take a step back.

what, no comments about last night yet?

the scene with the weatherman, oh my, that was soooooooooooo painful to watch! (so i had to watch it twice ) poor guy!!! there is obviously no connection there - i don't know why she kept him, except for dramatic value.

they never show her with craig r, chris n, or those gouys she sent home! whether it's due to editing or she really doesn't spend time with them, i don't know.

go justin!! i loved that he did that, broken ankle and all! the other guys are just jealous they didn't think of it!

Ok, I'm officially watching this time around. The weatherman gives me the wiilies, plus he needs to grow a pair... Something about him is really irritating to me. Justin - at this point I don't dislike him and it seems like he's there for the right reasons - who knows what has been edited out though... Frank - I agree with a pp that he hasfallen hard and fast. He seems to be really concerned about his place in the pcking order. Roberto seems to be quite nice. Kirk - I was born and raised in Wisconsin so I am biased somewhat, but he seems to be reaaly nice and genuine, though I think his time will eventually come to an end. Ty - seems nice, my fondness of him changes each show. I am really drawn to Chris L.. I think he seems enduring and just all around nice. Plus, the dude will dive to try to catch a mouse! He also isn't seen gossiping as much and maybe that's just maturity or editing. Kasey (sp?) - something seems off about him. That taller lawyer dude seems to be a tad arrogant. Anyone else left? Not so memorable to me at the moment... Anyhow, my vote is for Chris L.!

What exactly "are" the right reasons for being on that show? I think that most of them are there hoping that they'll be picked to be next season's bachelor. They become more famous that way and get a choice of 25 women instead of just one.

The Weatherman's looks and his attitude scream *12 year old boy* to me. Maybe 8 year old boy. I think Chris L (is he the one from Cape Cod) is a little hooked on the Massachusetts thing, and I don't think she's biting. I think she's turned off by the emotional drama of his deceased mother, he's not past it, he's not yet ready for a romantic relationship.

The lawyer is cocky and too black-and-white minded ("That's all I need to know about you, Rated-R. Now I will walk away because I'm still a frat guy and I believe no matter how flimsy the excuse, I have justified everyone's hatred for you!") and I don't respect that kind of maniupulative narrow-mindedness. I believe Justin when he says that he's never had such a difficult time getting along with people, yes I think he's an eensy cheesy but I do think many of his intentions are good, I believe he does want to be a family man, and looky there's this cute girl, hey why not with her. The guys' attitude toward him are only pushing Justin and Ali closer together.

I don't think Roberto is as great as I've heard, sure he's got good things going for him, but he was kinda bragging about them during their dinner together, yrrck. But ultimately I think he's not that bad.

Kasey for whatever reason kinda cracks me up. What is with him? Something's weird, that voice and that austerity, but the guys all seem to feel very comfortable with him, which makes me like him, and in the hottub he was brave enough to stand up for what he believes without being out-of-line or going behind Justin's back. Ty, I'm not convinced I like him, my best impression of him came when he jumped in the middle of a Weatherman/Craig M fight and took Craig M out of that, I thought that showed maturity and good judgment, but otherwise...meh.

Oh kirk. I am really rooting for him now. So funny on camera, "she likes me."

When is Rated R supposed to get his cast off? No steamy hot tub scene for him.

Poor Frank may drop out of the show from jealousy.

Is the weatherman ... um.. gay? When Ali and him were sitting on that bench together, I thought he could have looked more delicate.
