Garden design software?

I'm feeling terribly obsessive, and as a result, since we're still getting frosts at night, I want to at least do all the layout/design of the garden space. All the plants are in the greenhouse getting ready to go, and I want organization!

Anyone have any luck with online planners or software to design the garden? We have a 40 x 40 main garden, and I'd like to create a schematic before we actually start planting this year.

I know over at idigmygarden.com they have several programs they talk about. Just do a search and you should be able to find lots of info about them.

Microsoft Visio is cool for things like this. The library by us has it.

I found this website the other day www.growveg.com. It was very user friendly and fun! I signed up for a 30-day free trial. I won't need it any longer than that!
