Baby is 11 weeks and used to go to sleep so well, and sleep so soundly, through anything (like loud 2.5 yr old sister). Now she wakes really easily during the day and won't go back to sleep. And in the evening she tends to wake up after an hour crying sometimes....what the heck? Anyone else dealing with this????

I don't know if this is what you are going through, but my baby was like that too. Up until 3 months she slept through the night, and napped well. Then the night wakings started and she wouldn't go down easily anymore during the day, sometimes I would have to try for hours. Then the night wakings increased month after month after month and kept increasing until the seventh month. She did have ezcema at one point and did pop out two teeth during that time. It seems to have been a phase albiet a long one.

I've heard of a 12-week sleep regression. With my older two, I can't say for sure if it happened since they were always crappy sleepers, but this third one was an awesome sleeper and now, not so much. He's still really good compared to the other two though so I'm not complaining.
Anyway, I have no help. Maybe teething (my guy is 12wks today and is already getting some)?

There is a growth spurt just around the corner
Our son slept once for 6hrs around 12 weeks, and then not again until 26 weeks. We had a phase of him waking every 15-30min, but luckily that has past.
A lot of babies seem to do follow a similar pattern of sleeping longer and longer until about 12 weeks and then waking up more frequently again.
