Nursing a food allergic child while pregnant

I am hoping some one has some experience to ease my mind. I am nursing my daughter who is diary, soy, tree nut and egg intolerant/allergic. Pediatrician assumes IgG allergies, they are delayed but bad (blood in stool, rashes, hives, throwing up) and not showing up on tests. So I avoid eating those foods because it comes through my breastmilk and she gets sick.

I just found out I am pregnant and I was wondering if not having diary (or others) would cause a big problem, or if just taking extra calcium supplement and prenatals would be okay. I am going through morning sickness so my diet is pretty crappy right now. Anyone have experience?

I have been dairy free through both of my pg's one while still nursing the older with no trouble. We are the only animal that drinks andother animals milk and the only animal that drinks milk past childhood. Just make sure your calcium and vit D are coming from natural sources like brocolli (calcium) and sunlight (vit D)
