switching from disposable to cloth with 1yo - advice? update #19 - Page 2

I'm about to make the switch also. I went to a class last night and bought two FuzziBunz size large (my son is 22 months, about 3' tall, and over 30lbs). Even though the one size supposedly fits up to 40 lbs they told me I should go with the sized. I think I also want to try pre-folds with a thirsties cover (I like that you can re-use the cover and just wash the insert) and am also consider the Flips. From my limited research I'm trying to do snaps and avoid velcro. This is very exciting!! I just wish I had thought about it more and made this decision sooner

I used pre-folds for caitlin when we changed to washables when she was a year old. They were cheap and easy to use.
