Sigh.
OK, we've tried this for a few weeks and my kids just aren't getting it at all. It's not too hard for them-- I've had them tested and know what level they're at-- but I guess my little Waldorf transplants just weren't meant for computerized learning. Sigh.
Moving on to Plan B-- the Learn at Home books.

Wish I had more to offer. Hmmmm. Do you school year-round? Could you break it down into fewer subjects at a time for now, covering a couple things this summer, a couple in the fall, etc? Or, if you plan to take 52 weeks to cover 36 weeks of work, just spread it out starting now? Or.....could they do a subject or two with T4L, and the rest with you? I'd also think about anything written to the student and more independent, like the later Oak Meadow levels...iirc, they are written to the student starting in grade 5.

call it cultural awareness
