I need some tasty ingredients that I can make with beans. My Dd is not a big fan of beans at all. Kids and beans just don't agree. My sister has that problem too with her children they are so not a vegetable or legumes fan.

My son will tell you that he doesn't like beans, but he will happily eat black beans in quesadillas; lentils in sloppy joes, lentil loaf or veg burgers; and chickpeas and/or kidney beans in minestrone soup with alphabet pasta.

We like lentil-nut loaf, lentil soup, and tamale pie. My mother used to put kidney beans into her meat spaghetti sauce.

I never liked beans, until I learned how to cook them right. Beans need a LOT of salt and acid, because they suck them in. When you get enough salt and acid, they are really flavorful. They also need some fat to be digestable.

Beans as ingrediants... I love them in chili, will they eat them on tacos?
